Veal into steam with spices

1 kg of veal breast with no bones
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of red pepper
½ teaspoon of oregano
3 teaspoons of crushed juniper
6 seeds of juniper
salt
We make holes in the meat and we put the seeds of juniper. We stir all remaining spices together and we cover the meat, we wrap it properly with a transparent film and we tie it in 2-3 points with a cooking net.
We leave it for 24 hours in the fridge. After it is marinated, we boil into steam as tied for 45 minutes. When it gets cold, we chop it in thin slices and it is served.
