Boar on the grill

Recipe ingredients for marinade
2 kg of boar
1 dry onion
1 tomato
20 g. tomato juice
2 lemons (juice)
5 laurel leaves
1 teaspoon of basil
1 glass of oil
salt – pepper
1 ½ teaspoon of crushed juniper
Food ingredients
5-6 large dry onions
½ kg of small mushrooms
½ kg of carrots
4 red peppers
4 green peppers
1 kg of white wine
1 teaspoon of sugar
10 seeds of wholesome juniper
For marinade
We chop the onion and the tomato in a glass bowl; we throw inside all the ingredients of marinade and we stir them properly. We put the meat inside (πρέπει the mix has to be covered); we cover the utensil and we put it in the fridge for 10 hours.
Execution
We extract the meat from the marinade and we saute it in a pan. Then, we put it on the grill, we chop the onions in peaces of four, we chop the peppers in chunks, we chop the carrots and we saute for a while in the pan in which we saute the meat. We extinguish it with the wine, and we throw the marinade in it as well. We let them boil for 5 minutes and we pour the meat. We cover them and we bake them in a preheated oven for 2 hours in 250 degrees.
